Spend the day exploring the heart and soul of the Hunter Valley with me, Sabina — a hospitality professional, WSET-certified wine lover, and founder of Beyond Guidebook. After more than a decade in Sydney’s hospitality scene and co-owning a restaurant and catering business, I’ve handpicked boutique wineries and local producers that truly capture the spirit of the region. Meet the owners and winemakers, share a few laughs, and sip wines with real stories behind them. This is a boutique experience for up to five travellers. As a licensed NSW National Parks guide, I’ll also take you on a short detour through Yengo National Park — an unsealed-road adventure with stunning views and Aboriginal heritage — and to the historic village of Wollombi, where you can disconnect completely and soak up the peace. Join me for a day of wine, connection, and nature.
