Start your day at the Sydney fish markets with a Cook’s tour , breakfast and a sushi making class. A scenic drive to The Beautiful Hunter Valley for a food and wine adventure. Your driver/guide is also a chef who will grill and prepare many dishes and pair them with the iconic wines of the region. Time permitting we will squeeze in a chocolate tasting and finish with something sweet to complete the gourmet experience. What more could you want from a day in the countryside? Oh yeah, did I mention we will most probably see kangaroos and other Aussie wildlife? We visit 3 boutique wineries and everything is included in the price. You only need to pay for any wines, chocolates, gifts you decide to buy or possibly a coffee to go with your included breakfast. Private tours for larger groups can also be accommodated as can many special any dietary restrictions or food allergies if prior notification is given.
