We visit the Turkish bakehouse, enjoying some freshly baked simit, which is a sesame bagel, and the local Turkish supermarket where we try so many imported, Turkish cheeses, pastirma, dips, the most incredible fruit jams, local wood fire oven Turkish pizza, and we always offer vegetarian options. The Turkish Spice shop has the most incredible display of spices, dried fruit, fresh nuts, and the most incredible saffron, from all over the world. We proudly offer intimate food experiences with local guides, in small groups, whilst supporting local communities and family-owned businesses. We are real people, with real stories.
