I absolutely loved my experience at Eliva Coogee Beach. Life has been so busy lately, and this was exactly what I needed to completely switch off and reset. From the moment I walked in, I felt calm. The space is beautiful, spotless, and has such a peaceful vibe. The thermal experience was amazing—I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely lighter. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. It’s such a beautiful little escape by the beach, and I’ll definitely be making this part of my self-care routine. I can’t recommend it highly enough if you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and recharge.
I recently visited Eliva Spa and had such an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service were amazing, and every part of the experience left me feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The thermal experience was definitely a highlight. I loved moving between the different heat and cold therapies, just as the team recommended. Both the infrared sauna and the Himalayan salt sauna were so relaxing, and the steam room was perfect for a good sweat. It was also my first time trying a cold plunge, which I was a little nervous about, but I ended up loving it and felt so energised afterwards. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout the spa, including complimentary tea, the oil bar, fresh towels, lockers, showers and plenty of water stations, which made it really easy to stay hydrated throughout the experience. The magnesium pools were another favourite. They were so calming, the perfect temperature, and such a nice place to completely switch off. Perfectly located just steps from Coogee Beach, Eliva Spa is the perfect spot whether you’re visiting Sydney or you’re a local wanting a little escape. I left feeling so rested and rejuvenated and already can’t wait to come back. A huge thank you to the amazing team for such a beautiful experience. I couldn’t recommend Eliva Spa more!
Wonderful experience at Èliva Spa at InterContinental Coogee. I enjoyed the 60-minute Thermal Immersion, including the Salt Sauna, Infrared Sauna, Steam Room, and Vitamin C Shower. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to Gwen, the Spa Director, for her knowledge and personalised introduction to the spa and its products. A perfect place to relax and recharge—highly recommended.
We visited for Mother’s Day and it was amazing. The recovery space and facilities were so relaxing, clean and beautiful. The staff were lovely and we will definitely be back!
Had the most amazing time at the spa with all the modern day treatments. Ice baths, steam room saunas…….. the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The prices were reasonable and it was super clean with brand new facilities. I will definitely be going back ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
