An excellent French dining experience from start to finish. The food was beautifully presented, full of flavour, and felt genuinely authentic. The steak and lamb were cooked perfectly. The beef tartare was another highlight. The atmosphere was warm, intimate and effortlessly French. Excellent food, generous portions and a really enjoyable dining experience. Would definitely come back.
Wow! What a lovely restaurant. The escargot was incredible and the duck main was devine. There was four of us and the staff really went above and beyond to look after us. We had an amazing time plus the food was delicious. I will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff 🥰
Not being an Avalon local - I was blown away by this beautiful Bistro that serves authentic French food & transports you to Paris at the same time. Everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. It’s easy to see why it’s a local favourite and why you need to book every time. The Venison was outstanding, the Duck was also delicious. A local gem on the Northern Beaches. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful dinner at this charming French bistro in the upper Northern Beaches. The entrées of escargot and seared scallops were beautifully prepared and full of flavour. For the mains, the venison was perfectly cooked and tender, while the duck confit was rich and succulent. Dessert didn’t disappoint either — the chocolate mousse and crème brûlée were simple yet absolutely delicious. The ambience was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the evening. A lovely spot for anyone who enjoys authentic French cuisine and great service.
