Great location & room! I booked a last minute reservation & requested a higher level room to have a city view. Ended up being able to check in early which was great + a free room upgrade which was an amazing surprise. Everyone at the front desk is very nice & helpful, I called up requesting slippers to my room & they arrived within two minutes. I stayed at the Kent st location the night prior but I definitely prefer this one overall! No complaints & I will be back :)
Stayed for 8 nights over winter. 2 bedroom, with a spacious living area (sofa and dining table), with balconies at living and master bedroom. Bathrooms were big. Kitchen and laundry appliances were new with the recent property refreshment. It's an aged property that is recently refreshed but done decently. It's not cheap due to it's amazing location with TownHall and Museum stations down the block. Lots of food options and shops all around , and Woolworths and Coles less than 5min away. We were informed that room cleaning was every 3rd day and that worked out ok. Overall, satisfied with the stay given to the refreshed rooms and new appliances. Didn't visit the gym or pool.
This is the review you are waiting to decide for this place. This place is amazing. Great location near of sydney attractions and transportation. We reserved a two bedroom apartment. It had a full equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room and beautiful views. It was very nice and we would definitively stay again when we come back to Sydney. We loved every second of it.
I have a mixed review for this hotel. We stayed with a family member from oversea & was an ok suite on level 41 - 3 x bedroom suite. In need of major upgrade with broken tiles on the floor and draw faces in kitchen loose or fall off. Bathroom under sink (visible from bath) dirty. No face washers. Same issues when I swapped rooms towards end of our stay to smaller 1 bedroom Suite with same type of draws in bathroom and kitchenette. So hotel wide issue by looks. Didnt affect our stay but for what i paid was very disappointed. Have told hotel in our feedback and they have acknowledged my issues but a review for others to lower their standards. I hope they upgrade the kitchens and bathrooms a little better as it was a great located hotel. And did have amazing views. Location was great.
One word "Excellent" Staff at reception are polite know what they are doing and make you feel welcome. It was a pleasure to stay at this Meriton location. Room was clean , has everything you need , home away from home. Great location just around corner from Town Hall station. The staff a great role models for the Meriton brand. They keep the rooms clean and fresh and check in process is so easy. This one is the one to consider if you want no fuss clean accommodation in central Sydney.
