Saint Haven is by far one of the best investments I have made for my health. It is a very thoughtful private club where you can tell that every detail has been carefully planned. From the moment you arrive, everything feels calm, premium, and welcoming. I also love that every member receives a complimentary Oura Ring to track their health. The club has six floors with everything you could need in one place, including IV infusions, massage, cold plunges, infrared saunas, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, DEXA scans, beautiful workspaces, restaurants, and cafés. The classes are fantastic. From Reformer Pilates to sound healing, everything is included in the membership, and there is always something new to try. The location is perfect for me. I live in the Sydney CBD, and it's only a 15 minute trip from door to door. I recommend Saint Haven to all of my health conscious clients at my clinic because I genuinely believe in what they have created. A big thank you to Mr Gurner and the team for building something so meaningful.
