Yesterday was an outstanding event and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. What truly elevated the evening was the exceptional service provided by the bartender, Jake; who looked after us throughout the night. He was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Jake’s hospitality skills were particularly impressive given the high-pressure environment, and his efforts did not go unnoticed. He is a valuable asset to your team and is certainly deserving of recognition, including consideration for a pay rise.
Was having a great night thanks to Jake the bartender, completely took care of us with amazing customer service and care all while many things are going on at once. I strive to be half the bartender Jake is, he needs a raise asap!
Look, me and my friends went and bought tickets that costed over $60 to see this one dj. It was hot as hell. Im not kidding. There was barely any ventilation, ac, air, anything you call it. We barely lasted 15 minutes on that floor, feeling like we'll get a heatstroke if we stayed any longer. The 2nd floor was so much better, ac was working and there were less people (still crowded but had breathing space). Music was alright.
