This was our second stay. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. The rooms are very well appointed & the location perfect access to the beachfront. Looking forward to our next visit.
Our room wasnt great on 1st night, queen bed not king, older style room when we requested modern room. No notice of work being carried out until checked in and notice in the lift. Staff not familiar to area ie recommending Steyne Hotel as best wine bar? Still using instant coffee.
My wife and I stayed at this one bedroom deluxe apartment for a seven day get away. The apartment was superb with lovely ocean views and very well appointed. Every aspect of our stay was delightful and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Just fantastic!
I booked Peppers last minute after having to leave another hotel after an extremely unsatisfactory stay. The staff had my room ready early so I could check in and recover. They were kind and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with everything we needed. I only wish there was breakfast or cafe onsite and room service.
We had amazing rooms on the 7th floor. My room had an incredible balcony overlooking the beach and this was our evening beer venue. Loved that the cockatoos came to visit. The rooms themselves were spacious, nicely renovated and had great facilities. This included a chrome cast on the tv. Bathroom was spacious and clean too. Staff working here were great and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a wonderful stay. We will return soon!
