Excellent place Loved the concept 10000000% better than hostels Cleaners put lot of effort to keep the hotel clean. Was really surprised seeing the hotel cleaner than expected. Beds were very comfortable and location is perfect. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Will come back again.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Australia, as it’s in a great location—close to everything, all within walking distance. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and public transport is right on your doorstep. 👍👍The front desk manager was very nice and friendly; he was able to meet all my needs. The other manager was very considerate and humorous. The cleaning staff were also very helpful in resolving my issues and were very dedicated to their work. I had a wonderful two weeks at this hotel.😊😊
Very interesting stay, amazing location near Central Station and along George Street. Great mix of hostel value & sociability, and hotel privacy. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Sydney on a budget. Everything was clean. However, keep in mind though, capsules feel quite plasticky and some stuff doesn’t work, for instance, the USB charger did not work during my visit, and staff are only available for a short period during the day unfortunately. Still, for the value id say this place is worth it and definitely like the idea of Capsule Hotels.
The receptionist was kind and treated me professionally. He also assisted me when I needed an item. I enjoyed my sleep in the capsule last night. It was a small comfortable and cozy space for a short stay for me. I recommend this place for anyone who is on a budget and wants a small comfortable space to rest or relax for a short while. 10/10. Thank you for your services.
