I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to Santoshi. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.🥳 Her excellent customer service made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our meal. She was patient, professional, and always had a smile on her face. 🤍It's rare to receive such genuine hospitality these days. Thank you, Santoshi, for making our visit so enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant!☺️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a delicious dinner at Kickin’ Inn tonight! The food was absolutely awesome—fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. The staff were also incredibly kind and went out of their way to help my daughter retrieve her pen that had fallen under a fixed chair. That thoughtful gesture really made our evening even better. Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful family-friendly experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was lively, clean, and perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First time trying Kickin’ Seafood Boil and we drove all the way from Geelong for it , and it was absolutely worth it! The seafood was fresh, full of flavour, and the sauce was amazing. The whole experience was so much fun and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be making the trip back again. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a delicious seafood feast! 🦀🦐🔥
A bit pricey, though the seafood freshness was okay. On Sunday, the restaurant was very busy but there was only one staff member working. We had to walk up to the staff member whenever we needed anything because they were so occupied. Honestly, I felt disappointed to see a service charge on the bill when the service could not be fully delivered.
