regularly visit this venue and, overall, my experiences have been consistently positive. The food is always enjoyable, the beer selection is great, and the view is absolutely amazing — making it a place I genuinely enjoy returning to. Most of the staff provide exceptional service and are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which greatly adds to the overall experience. However, I feel it’s important to mention one ongoing concern. The only negative experiences I’ve had have involved a gentleman who identifies himself as the boss — a bald man with glasses. Unfortunately, his customer service has repeatedly fallen well below the standard set by the rest of the team. He rarely smiles, often comes across as uninterested, and gives the impression that customer experience is not a priority. In hospitality, attitude and customer interaction matter just as much as the product being served. When someone in a leadership position appears disengaged or unapproachable, it can noticeably affect the atmosphere. That said, this issue does not take away from the excellent food, drinks, beautiful location, and the wonderful service provided by the majority of the staff. With some improvement in leadership presence and customer engagement, this place could truly offer a near-perfect experience.
I loved the sea view. Ordered octopus Greek style. It was well presented and tasty however, the octopus was too mushy. If I tried to repeat this recipe at home I would not succeed as fresh octopus is tender but firm and tastes like seafood.
Me and my husband came here for dinner for the first time last night and the food was outstanding. I had the prawn and crab linguine and my husband had the steak and veg. The steak was cooked to perfection. Cocktails were also great and also had live music. The only con I also work in hospitality when we decided to go into gaming there were a few men so intoxicated they were noisy and couldn’t even stand up. The security guard came in a few times and I thought surely they’re going to be asked to leave and nope he new there names asked how there night was going etc and walked back out I was shocked NO RSA NOTHING! but then my daughter was for ID 4 times which she provided so I was confused you can do ID checks but not follow RSA??? Need to better in that area.
Returned under a week from the first post. This time for dinner + cannot find faults on the services. Staffs from the reception all the way to the bistro were top notched especially Maureen and her wing woman at the counter. Thank you for taking care of us - table full of hungry 17-19yo boys and adults alike. All of you gave the bday boy and his mother a memorable one that they will remember for life. + still the same breathtaking view if not better - watched the sunset on the horizon + not only the staffs were great, the patrons are equally fun bunch of people - no live band entertainment tonight (Thursday) - ordered the beach club burger and it was mediocre, sadly The + outweighed the - . Will still return for more —————————————————————————————————— + friendly and helpful staffs + indoor and outdoor dining with breathtaking views + don’t know much about beers but they have a wide selection on the tap to choose from, alcohol and non alcoholic + seatings was more spacious in the bar area and airy however air conditioning was rather weak when it got crowded yesterday + scallops were divine and so were the pork sausages - reservations on the day of dining is not available despite there were several tables with no show and not made available to walk in customers like myself - ceiling height on the split level is lower, seatings was tight almost rubbing shoulders with the people around you, dim and stuffy - glad that we didn’t insist seated in that section - prawn and crab linguine should be renamed to shrimp due to their size and there is hardly any crab found in the dish. Linguine was a tad undercooked and dry. Good thing our order of scallops had gravy which i used for the pasta. Glazed chicken wings were a tad dry Will return again to check out their live entertainment one day.
