Everything is absolutely fantastic. The staff are so attentive even making me custom mocktails to my palette. The executive lounge is wonderful and the staff are even better. They attend to everyone and drinks are delivered quickly we only stayed one night but I would definitely go back for the view alone we could see the bridge and opera house from our room. From the second we arrived I felt relaxed and well cared for. Imediatly our bags were taken care of and the staff directed us to check in which was swift. They explained everything in the hotel amazingly and we went to our room to settle in. The room was immaculate and the staff who brought our bags up attended to our every need. I have never had such a fantastic experience in a single night of a stay. The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are easily accessible to everyone staying. We had a flight the next day so we asked if the hotel could store our luggage for a short while they said yes and even gave us a late check out free of charge. The whole experience was well managed and everything felt very organized I loved our stay and would highly recomend to anyone visiting Sydney.
We have stayed in hotels all over the world, and this was our best experience yet. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful, the views stunning. the beds were comfortable, towels fluffy, Coco at the front desk was warm and welcoming, Marina was friendly and bright when delivery room service breakfast, and housekeeping were absolutely exceptional… special thanks to Sharmin and Yasmin - these ladies are so hard working, friendly, and attentive, they made us feel absolutely pampered with their turn down service. I will be looking out for Four Seasons hotels now after this experience. Thank you Four Seasons and wonderful staff.
Despite a rocky start, the Tonsy worked hard to turn our stay around, and by the end of our trip, we left with much happier memories. What We Loved We received a room upgrade through my Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts benefits. The hotel (Tonsy) surprised us with many thoughtful gestures which made our birthday celebration feel very special. We ordered a beautiful St. Honoré cake from Sweet Chic Bakery. A special thank you to Tonsy, who truly listened to our concerns and played the biggest role in turning our experience around. We enjoyed our cake in the restaurant, where he kindly served us tea and a slice of pound cake. He also made some of the most delicious matcha lattes and even brought us two more slices of the cake the next day with hot tea and some sweets. Since we couldn’t finish our cake, we were happy to share the rest with the staff. Tonsy gave us recommendations for places to visit, and consistently went above and beyond with his kindness and attentiveness. The housekeeping team was exceptional, servicing our room up to three times a day and handling requests promptly and with great care. What Could Be Better Our stay started off disappointingly. There was a loud wind-blowing noise machine in the room when we first entered which affected plans as it took more time than needed to have to go back to the front desk to get another room. The Spa is meh we got a facial and a massage it was okay but not wow if I can redo I’ll try somewhere else. The room was quite dusty, and we believe more attention to dusting and deep cleaning would help the hotel better reflect the luxury standards guests expect from the Four Seasons brand.
Older hotel. Still the Four Seasons. Bathrooms need a refresher. All the essentials, including a tub in my room. Bed and linens are extremely comfortable. The service is excellent. My bag did not make the long flight. The Four Seasons staff provided as much as they could until my bag arrived 30 hours later. It was appreciated very much. I took the train and then a short walk from the airport. Sydney Opera House and the Harbour are across the street. Shopping, which I needed, and many restaurants are close by. Excellent location. Thanks again to everyone at the Four Seasons that made my short, bagless, trip enjoyable.
Very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel. Easy fast check in and nothing too much trouble. We arrived back from shopping to a small birthday dessert for us which was really lovely. We were also gifted complimentary buffet breakfast as an apology for construction noise outside of hotel ( and beyond their control). Special shout out to Rita from Housekeeping and Cindy rom breakfast service who clearly loves her job and goes above and beyond. Beds are so comfy, nightly turn down service was great. Would absolutely recommend
