The team have created a beautiful, peaceful and tranquil space in an easy to access location. There are so many treatments available, the Sauna/Ice bath combination is a go to along with the steam room.
Ahhh the oasis that we have been longing to get in the Northern Beaches. Every room, carefully curated to offer the latest and greatest to help our bodies heal. Did the lymphatic suit with molecular and BrainTap to reset my nervous system. Exactly what I needed. My husband’s secret obsession is the Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber that ensure we get 3 times the amount of oxygen into our cells that need it most. Ange and her team are beautiful in their approach, explaining every detail and tailoring their assortment to your needs. We will be back!
My favourite space to go to relax and heal my body. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is my go to; it supports both my immediate needs for gym recovery and my long-term cancer recovery (7 months since my surgery, on a surveillance program now) with all the data I track trending significantly in the right direction. The Steam Room however, in my opinion, is the most relaxing and aesthetically beautiful part of the entire space. Grateful for LHQ!
I'm so glad that I signed up for a membership which has allowed me to sample every one of the treatment options that LHQ offers. My favourites are the full body red light therapy and the contrast therapy of traditional sauna with ice bath (temperature can be adjusted to suit your tolerance). The space is so beautifully and tastefully designed and the staff are unfailingly helpful and professional. I believe IV therapy will be added to the treatment menu soon. Can't wait to try that.
