I honestly have the most amazing experience anytime I visit Mesa. From massages, saunas, ice baths, holistic facials .. I fear any treatment you book in for you will become addicted to. The most caring and wholesome self care sanctuary x
My partner’s Auntie had the radiance facial here and loved it so much she got one for me, it was the BEST facial I have ever had in my entire life. From the minute I walked in I felt so completely relaxed and zen and the facial was just beautiful. I felt like I was floating after. I recommended to my sister who has also just had the same facial and is raving about it too :D cannot wait to come back! I also frequent come here for saunas and the space is just beautiful. Immaculate and so relaxing. Amazing customer service too. Thanks Mesa :)
There are many reasons that I love to visit Mesa. Not only is the environment so beautifully filled with many lovely wares from local jewellery, skincare’s and ceramics to tonics, teas and journals. It is also pleasing to the eyes and body with sun lit corners, comfy couches and welcoming nourishing teas. I am greeted with a calm warmth a gentle hug. My central nervous system begins to reset from the moment I enter the building, my shoulders relax, my jaw softens, my mind slows. I love it when the stars align snd my bestie and I get opportunity to sauna together. A moment where we can stop, calm and share, we share stories, laughs and struggles. It all seems to make more sense after taking a moment for me or sharing with a friend. A reminder that self care and a wellness community is not an option but a necessity. Thank you Mesa for providing this space 🤍
MESA BODY STUDIOS FRESHWATER is truly one of my non-negotiables in life 🌞❄️ I’ve been coming weekly for saunas and treat myself to massage therapy mulitple times a year, and every single visit feels like a reset for my body, mind, and soul. The sauna space is always immaculate, calming, and grounding ~ the kind of place where you instantly exhale the moment you walk in. Pair that with the ice bath and you leave feeling alive, energised, and so deeply nourished. The massage therapies are next-level. Intuitive, professional, and genuinely therapeutic ~ not just a “treat”, but true body care. You can feel how much knowledge and care goes into every session. The team are warm, welcoming, and make you feel like more than just a booking ~ it feels like a community. MESA has become such a beautiful part of my weekly ritual and overall wellbeing routine, and I genuinely don’t know what I’d do without it. I have been to Mesa a couple of times for facials and massages and I always leave so relaxed and rejuvenated. It is such a beautiful space and all of the staff make you feel comfortable and calm before and after your treatment. I recommend Mesa to all my northern beaches friends 💓
