The massage, infrared sauna (so easy to pretend I was on holiday in Europe somewhere...) and leg compression here are the best kept secret in Balmain! It's a hidden gem tucked away inside Vision PT. Came in all frazzled from Doing Life, came out all gooey and happy and the poster child of Healthy Living! Thank you to the highly knowledgeable team at Wellness.
Definitely worth checking this place out. I started with the infrared sauna to relax my body, then into the compression session in their recovery room. I was seated on a recliner and fitted into the compressions- very very relaxing! Finishing with a massage. The massage was exceptional, his release work was on point. Highly recommend doing it all. A great price with a lot of value. I will return - thank you.
Just finished a sauna and compression session here and it was exactly what I needed! The staff are fantastic, the facilities are immaculate, and the entire experience feels premium from the moment you walk in. I arrived feeling stressed, sore from the gym and dealing with some back pain… and left feeling lighter, looser and completely recharged. Highly recommended :)

I visited Wellness on Shore’s beautiful new Balmain studio yesterday for a post-recovery session with their compression boots and sauna. It was exactly what I needed! The space is lovely and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for some well-deserved ‘me’ time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing recovery experience in a gorgeous setting.
