The booking of two rooms and payment process at this hotel was one of the worst I’ve experienced. It was unnecessarily convoluted, confusing, and poorly organised. What should have been a simple, straightforward process turned into a frustrating and time consuming ordeal. The payment process for two rooms is complicated and it felt like there were unnecessary steps and a lack of coordination. After a long day of travelling, the last thing you want is to spend so much time just trying to get your room. The stay was overshadowed by this poor first impression. The hotel really needs to simplify and improve its booking and payment procedures. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again based on this experience.
I stayed for 2 nights whilst attending the Ed Sheeran concert. Staff were amazing despite being extremely busy, even staying back and welcoming us back afterwards with refreshments. Extremely helpful with check in, parking and great knowledge of the area. Our room ( Twin room apartment) was clean, well presented, tossed with fresh towels the following day. We had a delightful visit and would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay with ease of access to Accor stadium.
Highly recommend, our stay was fantastic. Lovely clean and spacious rooms, quiet and no outside noise. Staff were amazing. Close to Stadium, just a 2 minute walk.
