Our family recently stayed for one night with our 7-month-old baby, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible with our little one. Their genuine care, warmth, and attention to detail truly made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Ashwani, Jason, and Head Chef Parveen, who were outstanding throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were second to none. Chef Parveen, in particular, is incredibly humble and passionate about what he does. Every meal was beautifully prepared, delicious, and served with genuine warmth, care, and a smile, making every dining experience memorable. The hotel's location is another highlight, it's perfectly situated within walking distance of the aquarium and many fantastic restaurants, making it an ideal choice for families and visitors alike. We genuinely couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. If you're looking for exceptional service, outstanding food, and a team that truly cares about its guests, this is the place to stay. We look forward to returning in the future.
staying at vibe hotel sydney darling harbour was such a great experience for my mum and i. i grew up holidaying around darling harbour and chinatown, so being able to come back and relive those memories was really special — and the hotel was in the absolute perfect location for it all. the rooms were beautiful, clean and really comfortable, and the whole hotel had such a nice atmosphere. the rooftop bar was a great spot to sit back with a drink, and the rooftop pool was honestly exceptional with amazing views across the city. such a perfect place for a sydney getaway and we’d happily stay again. we really loved the hotel and the room and would 100% stay again — everything was beautiful and comfortable. we also went up to above 319 for happy hour and enjoyed the atmosphere and views, but the cocktails were quite small compared to what you’d expect, so happy hour was definitely the best time to go.
Easy to get to and the room was really lovely overall. The only small downside for me was the pillows — they were quite thin and unfortunately not very comfortable, even when stacked together. It might be nice to have a few different pillow options available for guests in the future. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.
