Description
Escape the city and discover Australia’s nearby natural regions by combining wine tasting, seaside experiences, and local treats. Begin with a visit to the Central Coast chocolate factory in Gosford for a short break to browse and purchase chocolates.
In Hunter Valley, visit 4 Pines Winery for a Wine Theatre session covering grape growing, harvesting, winemaking, and tasting four wines: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, and Semillon. Lunch includes an Asian-Western fusion set menu.
After lunch, choose between free time in Hunter Valley or joining a 30-minute Segway vineyard tour or a 45-minute archery session (aged 11+ only).
At Anna Bay in Port Stephens, you may purchase camel rides (20–30 minutes, rides at 15:00 and 15:30) or a 40–60 minute 4WD sandboarding adventure racing down golden dunes. These activities are optional and booked on-site.

- Archery: enclosed shoes required; open to ages 11+ (best suited for ages 13–85); participants under 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian
- Oakfield Ranch Camel Rides: available for children 2 years and older; two riders per camel; max weight 130 kg per person; not recommended for pregnant women; arrive at least 15 minutes before ride time
