This 30km dirt fire trail features approximately 900 vertical meters of climbing. The trail surface includes loose rocks and steep descents, requiring good riding skills. Less confident riders may prefer the Hanging Rock ride, which has easier terrain and views.

The Narrowneck trail follows a ridge through the Megalong Valley in the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park. The route starts in Katoomba with a short section on paved road before entering the undulating dirt trails of the Megalong and Jamison Valleys. This is an out-and-back ride.
