Begin your day at the Sydney Fish Market with a Cook’s tour, including breakfast and a sushi-making class. Then, take a scenic drive to Hunter Valley for a food and wine adventure.
Your driver and guide is a professional chef who will prepare grilled dishes paired with iconic regional wines. Time permitting, the itinerary includes a chocolate tasting and a sweet finish to complete the gourmet experience.
The tour visits three boutique wineries, with all tastings and pairings included. You only need to pay for any wines, chocolates, gifts you choose to purchase, or coffee with your breakfast.
There is a good chance to see kangaroos and other native Australian wildlife during the day. Private tours for larger groups are available, and special dietary requirements or food allergies can be accommodated with prior notice.
