This production offers a mix of charm, romance, and comedy set to familiar waltzes and melodies. It features sumptuous Art Deco costumes and glamorous geometric sets, praised for their visual appeal by The Sydney Morning Herald.
International opera star Emma Pearson and Australian soprano Julie Lea Goodwin alternate the role of Hanna, supported by Alexander Lewis as Danilo and Alexandra Flood. Directed and choreographed by Graeme Murphy, the show delivers lively dance and engaging performances.
The opera is performed in English with English surtitles and runs for approximately 2 hours and 55 minutes, including two intervals.
