Towels were not replaced. The balcony was too narrow to feel safe on a high rise building. When the outside door was open the air-con units were noisy. Shower was over the bath. Complimentary Tea/Coffee were not replenished.

So here's the thing I travel often all over the world and I seek comfort and budget options most often. Price and location for this stay stood out as I chose a quick last minute stay . 👌The Location hey market end of George Street Sydney ( Sunday night) was outstanding! Walk to so much and transport options right outside the door for anything else it's a great base. 👌Meals available everywhere no limits for food around this accommodation from steaks to classic Chinatown highlights and everything in between. The Room booked was a one bedroom apartment filled with mini kitchen and all inclusions plates utensils etc microwave mini fridge pots and more Queen bed in room with ensuite and a fold out in the lounge. 2x bathrooms total with toilet in each( rare in the city for this style of room and price point). Large lounge, dining and kitchen combo. 2x small balconies looked onto a wall( nothing fancy or pretty to see -mess bellow) rare in the city at this price point Then it hits .!.😬 - table was broken - inside of sliding door had splatter all over ( no idea what) - vents falling from roof - carpet worn Saying that - staff cleaned slide doors on request. And allowed a late check-out the following day. Could not fault the staff at front desk they were wonderful. ⚠️This Room #308 however had some issues including bath plus that did not fit ( to big) that were impossible to ignore as they were basic health and safety expectations as a traveller. Would I stay again...yes 🤔I would but I would be checking room prior the price point is great for its location so I would stay again in the right room.

Great location in the heart of Chinatown, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a comfortable large bed, seating area, and a small kitchen with useful utensils. The balcony was a nice bonus, allowing fresh air — something you don’t often get in high-rise hotels. However, noise is something to seriously consider. Our room faced an inner courtyard with many air conditioning units, which were quite loud, especially with the balcony door open. Being in a busy area, there can also be street noise at night. I’ve attached a video so you can judge for yourself whether this level of noise would be comfortable for you. Housekeeping did not clean the room — I asked them to come back in a few minutes when I left, but they never returned. Overall, a good option if you specifically want to stay in Chinatown or close to Central Station.
