We hosted a function with 120 guests this past weekend, and the venue was outstanding. The evening began while it was still light, allowing guests to mingle on the deck and enjoy the sweeping views of the beach and headlands. We later moved into the Ocean Room for dinner and dancing. Having the Bangalley Bar available as a second space was perfect for our older guests and anyone seeking a quieter environment. Leanne was incredibly professional and accommodating at every turn, and the bar staff were attentive and helpful throughout the night. I could not recommend this venue highly enough.
We recently held Mum’s 90th birthday at Avalon Surf Lifesaving Club in the Bangalley Bar and it was the perfect venue. Leanne was fantastic to deal with – friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. The space is light-filled with beautiful sunshine, and the balcony views over the ocean made it really special. We had around 35 guests, including children, and it worked really well for everyone. Plenty of room to hold more guests. Being able to bring our own catering and decorations made it easy to personalise the event Highly recommend this venue for any special celebration.
We recently booked the Bangalley Bar for a birthday celebration. The location is stunning and the facilities perfect. Booking process was easy and Leanne [the manager] was so helpful and efficient. Highly recommend the venue.
We hosted an event here recently. Amazing place, great atmosphere, breathtaking views. Great service in regards to arranging catering, seating, etc We are planning another event here for the future.
We had our wedding at Avalon SLSC and it was perfect. Leanne was so friendly and helpful, making it so easy to set up for the day. The bar staff were great and helped the day go perfectly in beautiful surroundings- cannot recommend enough!
