A short walk from King's Cross station, and you find yourself in a very modern and cozy hotel. The rooms are huge and beautiful. bute view! I was loving every moment as the sun rose or set. The room had a big bathtub, too, so if you want to, you can have a good soak. The details of the room are so fun - I loved the telephone. The staff and service were so good; they organized a breakfast box with fruit, a Danish, and some yogurt when I couldn't eat at the restaurant.
I would like to sincerely thank Safal, at Indigo Hotel for his exceptional customer service and professionalism during my stay. Safal went above and beyond to support me and made sure I felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my visit. His attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help truly made a difference and turned my stay into a memorable experience. I highly recommend Safal to anyone visiting Indigo Hotel. Really love our stay at Hotel Indigo! The hotel has a really fun and playful set-up (e.g popcorn machine near the reception area). Our room is huge and comes with a king size bed - which is what we need after walking around for the whole day! Our reservation came with breakfast. Although the breakfast option is quite small, they deliver both continental and hot breakfast option. They do barista made coffee as well to order. Location is very central - close to train station, bus stop and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Stayed at Hotel Indigo Potts Point and overall it was a good experience, but not quite what I would expect from an IHG brand that positions itself toward the luxury/lifestyle segment. The strongest point of this hotel is definitely the staff — very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Housekeeping was also solid, and the room itself was clean and well maintained. Another plus is the gym access next door, which is a great facility and a nice added benefit for guests. That said, the hotel feels more like a modern lifestyle property rather than anything close to luxury. There are several areas that need improvement. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I would have expected at least some form of upgrade — a balcony room or suite would have been appreciated — but nothing was offered. Breakfast was quite minimal, which was surprising and below expectations. It’s an area that could easily be elevated. Also, while I understand the “green hotel” concept, not refilling water in the room and requiring guests to go downstairs for it feels like a compromise on guest experience. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with good service, but there’s nothing particularly memorable or “wow” about it yet. With some upgrades and better attention to detail, it could reach the level it aims for.
We had a great stay at Hotel Indigo Sydney Potts Point! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our week-long stay. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the hotel itself, but the location was perfect for what we wanted. It’s a quick walk to the train, and about a 40-minute walk to Circular Quay—which I definitely recommend if you want a fun way to see the city. Potts Point ended up being our favorite area for food. There are so many great options, and we found ourselves coming back here for dinner every night—even when our family stayed closer to the main part of town.
