This hotel is a quiet alternative to a giant hotel it is good if you want good service and a good location but not if you are a neat freak The place was mildly dirty with behind the tv being full of dust and same with under the beds and side table The place was extremely quiet with good sound proofing and the service was impeccable with Insainely understand and nice staff The amenities where what you expect from a smaller hotel and is all you need if you are just there to stay a night or two
Absolutely brilliant place to stay. A huge THANK YOU to Dylan for making us feel welcome. He has a wealth of local knowledge and is willing to share. I hope the apple crumble worked out! We specifically picked Mrs Banks Boutique Hotel as we wanted easy access to Allianz Stadium. We were not disappointed. Less than 10 minutes walk. Safe, friendly atmosphere on the street. So easy to get to. Downhill all the way there... coming home is a little harder! The 333 bus stop that takes you to the Opera House area is right near the hotel too. About a 30 minute commute one way. Victorians ... you can tap on and off with your credit card. Something our state needs to hurry up and get right. SO EASY! Room was clean and comfortable. On departure staff were happy to store our bags safely for the day until our evening flight. No traffic noise. So happy we got to stay here! Will definitely be back again.
I have just had the most amazing experience with Mrs Banks! I couldn't overstate the quality, care and service provided by this establishment. Special shout out to the manager Dylan - you went above and beyond for us. Thank you. We will be back!!
We had a great stay. I let my credit card at the hotel and it was returned within 3 days. We have stayed there before and always received great service. Hotel staff are always very helpful.
Really good two night stay. Booked via Qantas hotels. Good value. Easy transport and shops near. Good bus to Bondi and city. Room was clean and tidy. There were coffee and facilities downstairs free which was a nice touch. Pointers to be aware of. 1. Not Molton brown toiletries as per another pic. 2. Bathroom door is frosted so it's not 100% private.
