We stayed at The Blue Hotel for two nights on a bit of a last-minute trip to Bondi and were lucky to snag one of the last available rooms. It ended up being exactly what we needed. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the layout was really well thought out. Having the separate kitchen made it feel more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room, which was great for a short stay. What really stood out, though, was the service. We accidentally left a piece of jewellery behind after checking out, and the concierge team contacted us almost immediately. They made the whole process of getting it back incredibly easy, which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for somewhere comfortable, practical and well located in Bondi, I’d happily recommend The Blue Hotel. We’d definitely stay there again.
Good spot, albeit noisy, but knew that going in from there reviews, so no influence to the score. Giving it two starts for the disgusting and unhygienic practice of sandwiching the quilt between two loose sheets. I understand this is done to save on time/operating costs, but anywhere bedding is shared between multiple people, the quilt really should be sealed in a purposeful cover. Very unfortunate this has become common place, as this is how viral infections spread. Love the capability to cast to the TV but was unable to use it as it required connection to the wi-fi but it was too slow to even connect to the TV. It could have only been how far our room was from the router but in this case, some repeaters could be useful.
Talk about an amazing turn around. Following my deeply disappointing attempted stay in December I was offered room credit for the room I originally booked. I contacted the owner and used my credit for a one night stay 25/4/2026. Immediately upon confirmation my room was upgraded to the Blue Suite and it was way better than I could have ever imagined. The Blue Suite is a 2 story room with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the kitchen/bar downstairs large lounge with full sized chesterfield and arm chair and a 2 sided wrapped balcony. The room is tastefully decorated with dark decor, huge TV that connects to your own streaming accounts. The bed was huge and comfortable with crisp linen and good pillows. The bathroom was tasteful marble and the shower had decent water pressure. Thank you for redeeming yourself in my eyes. This hotel is chic and in a great location. Thanks William and team!
This is a simply wonderful hotel. The room has a lot of space, an oasis of calm and quiet in the vibrancy of Bondi Beach. Even my room was next to the stairs down to the wild party pizzeria, it was totally quiet upstairs once I closed the door. Very friendly staff, I even got to check-in at 11:00! without any hassle.
