Truly a 5-star experience in every way. Stayed at The EVE with my partner for a short weekend getaway. The staff are absolutely incredible. We were greeted by Maxime and Sarah on arrival and the check-in was seamless. The rooms are so lovely, we loved all of the amenities and facilities. Jade went the extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of and our experience was special. Thank you, Jade!! We ordered food and cocktails by the pool whilst Andrea and Marius took care of us up there. In the evening, we dined at one of the hotel restaurants- Lottie which was a solid 10/10 experience. We would 1000% come back to The EVE again! the whole stay was exceptional, and the staff are truly amazing.
Really disappointing experience. We were dining at one of the restaurants connected to the hotel and stopped for a couple of quick photos. A staff member came over and told us we only had 10 minutes and had to leave. Less than a minute later, another staff member approached us and repeated the same thing. The biggest issue wasn’t the policy itself. It was how rude and unprofessional the staff were. If you don’t want people taking photos or standing in certain areas, put up signs so people know. Most people aren’t mind readers. I’ve travelled to so many hotels and restaurants and have never been spoken to like that. It made us feel completely unwelcome and honestly ruined what should have been a nice night. I definitely wouldn’t expect that level of customer service from a place like this.
Amazing 1 night stay at The Eve Hotel Redfern. It has the feel of a luxury spa retreat. The staff are really lovely and attentive. We were called twice to check if everything was ok. I asked for a random set of scales and house keeping were able to deliver! Lovely appointed room. So clean. Loved having a little place to sit outside. Enjoyed complimentary peppermint tea. Lovely body wash. We will be back.
We had a girls’ weekend at The Eve Hotel Sydney and it was incredible. The facilities were amazing - every little detail felt so luxurious and thoughtfully done. One of the highlights of our stay was the service from the lovely staff. They were so accommodating, helping us with both an early check-in and a late check-out without any issues at all. Truly exceptional. The restaurants on-site are just as beautiful and high quality, which made the whole experience even more special. Cannot wait to come back 💖💖
I don’t t have enough words to describe how fabulous our stay at The Eve was, starting with the flawless entry to the car park followed by a quick check in while sitting on a very comfortable lounge. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless, divine. Customer service is just amazing, every single person that we interacted with was friendly, helpful and happy. Bar Julius at happy hour was perfection but then even better at breakfast time. Pool is gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back asap!!!
