Stopped at Deep Sea Fish because of the reviews, and I was not disappointed! I had the fish and chips that were absolutely delicious. The fish was nicely battered, but wasn't greasy. Fish was fresh and flakey. Ships were crispy and delicious. Tartare sauce was included and you couldn't ask for a better lunch! Heaps of other menu options, and from what I saw from others eating there, everything looked delicious. There's plenty of seating, and it really felt like a local family fish and chippery, and that is fantastic!
The owner is incredibly generous — gifted me extra dishes I didn’t even order! Food is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Can’t wait to come back!
Ive lived up and down the east coast of Aus from Melbourne to Townsville currently Gold coast This place is hands down the best ive ever had generous serves cheap prices and an absolute legend behind the counter the fish isn't oily at all. Barely a mark left on paper soo good!
Very good service, there was abit of the wait but the cook apologised and was polite when serving my order. The food was tasty! I would have liked a bigger sauce serving, I think it’s $1 extra for pots. I would eat here again if I’m in the area.
