Had a massage and foot massage here. Very relaxing. The massage was wonderful, good pressure and really loosened up my muscles. Feeling very relaxed afterwards and a lot less stiff. The atmosphere of the place is lovely too. Individual rooms so it's completely private.
We booked a last-minute couples spa experience at Aqua Vitae Day Spa in Manly and were so lucky they had an available spot! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. The spa room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully arranged and made to feel so romantic for couples. The little fruit plates and beverage provided were lovely. The body massage was amazing and exactly what I needed. My therapist was fantastic, and I left feeling completely relaxed. The facial massage was wonderful too, and I especially loved the complimentary makeup touch-up at the end… such a thoughtful little extra that made me feel refreshed and polished. My only tiny suggestion would be to have something available for guests’ hair after treatments. I woke up looking like I’d been struck by lightning and my hair was flying in every direction! 😂 Overall, a 10/10 experience. Beautiful spa, wonderful staff, and excellent treatments. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Aqua Vitae Day Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and romantic spa experience in the heart of Manly. 💗
What a Beautiful day today turned out to be but honestly even if it stayed cloudy and rained, being at Aqua Vitae, Manly still would have made my day ✨️ Tahlia's massage was by far one of the best! Love the passionate energy from the staff and will definatley be back! Thankyou
I've had a course of Lymphatic drainage massages & I couldn't be happier with the experience. Each treatment was incredibly effective & I noticed real improvements in swelling relaxation & overall wellbeing. What stood out most was her attentiveness: she explained everything clearly & tailored each session to what my body needed. I'm truly grateful for the care I received & would highly recommend Helga to anyone considering Lymphatic drainage massages. It has made such a positive difference for me. Thanking you Helga 🙏🏽
A Soul-Healing Experience at Aqua Vitae Day Spa Manly OMG, where do I even start… After a terrible week and fighting through awful traffic, I arrived at Aqua Vitae Day Spa Manly with roses for my girlfriend. hoping to salvage what I’d planned as a romantic surprise. The team immediately put me at ease and took care of everything. What followed was absolutely magical - we had the most incredible couples spa session. The romantic hot bubble bath with candles, flowers, chocolates, and endless bubbles was like something out of a dream. The atmosphere they created was pure romance. Then came the couples full body massage - absolutely amazing, powerful, relaxing, and genuinely soul-healing. This is exactly what we both needed. We had an incredibly romantic evening together, and honestly, I think I finally impressed my girlfriend (maybe she’ll keep me around 😊). Thank you, Aqua Vitae Day Spa Manly, for creating such a perfect experience. I need more of this in my life, and we’ll definitely be back! I hope you girls get to keep The tip 🫡❤️
