We had the most extraordinary lunch today at Pasadena Sydney and I honestly cannot thank Hailey enough for making it so incredibly special. I came here with my dad, who is currently palliative, and from the moment we arrived Hailey treated us with such kindness, warmth and genuine care that we truly felt like celebrities. Nothing was too much trouble. She bent over backwards to make this lunch one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences our family could have hoped for. The food was exceptional, the views absolutely breathtaking, and every single person we encountered was wonderful — but Hailey was something truly special. In a really difficult season of life, she helped create a memory we will cherish forever. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail, the compassion… just everything. I cannot recommend Pasadena highly enough. Experiences like this remind you how powerful kindness and hospitality can be. It honestly makes me feel like getting married all over again just to have an excuse to celebrate there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Hailey. We will never forget today
Great location and the staff were very attentive but not able to cater for requests outside of a set alternating menu as set for their mothers Day lunch offering. Unfortunately the food let them down and lacked flavour. I was expecting a higher standard but it may have been affected by the high volume of meals that were being served. At $91 dollars a head I felt it was very over priced

🌅 Pasadena, Church Point — Next Level Service If you’re ever looking for a place that actually delivers on service… this is it. Pasadena Sydney We arrived a bit late last night — restaurant already closed. Most places? “Sorry, kitchen’s shut.” Not here. The staff didn’t just help… they went out of their way. Chased us down three times to make sure we were looked after. 👉 Complimentary pizza 👉 Dessert 👉 A couple of cold cokes 👉 Genuine care No fuss. No attitude. Just exceptional service. 🛏️ The Stay Rooms were spot on — clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. 📍 The Location Right on the water at Church Point — absolute magic. One of those places where you just slow down the minute you arrive. ⭐ Final Verdict You don’t see this level of service much anymore. This wasn’t just good… it was above and beyond.
