My husband has stayed at Pullman Hyde Park several times for work, so when we visited during the last school holidays, we decided to stay there together as a family. It was a great experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Sydney, especially with a young child. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. What stood out most was the consistency. My husband has always had positive experiences during his business trips, and this family stay confirmed why he keeps coming back. Whether you’re travelling for work or with your family, Pullman Hyde Park is a reliable and comfortable place to stay. We’ll definitely be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Sydney.
We stayed at Pullman Sydney for two nights with our family during the annual Vivid Sydney festival. It was a wonderful experience and a great choice for enjoying the city’s spectacular light displays. The hotel offers all the facilities you would expect from a quality five-star property, including a rooftop swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a restaurant, and a bar. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent—right next to Hyde Park, with convenient access to public transport and major attractions. Despite being close to the city center, the hotel feels peaceful and quiet. What impressed us most was the service. The staff across all areas of the hotel were consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend Pullman Sydney to families and visitors looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel in Sydney.
I was here for a conference, the building was old but rooms were fine. They could have done better with the cleaning. No water provided and there was a notice asking to drink tap water as it’s safe. The training room was good and was worth the package price. The finger food and service were pretty great throughout . The restaurant food was good, some of the dishes could have been better. The staff was very attentive and helpful all along in every aspect.
The 5 stars were well deserved. Staff were friendly and helpful. On checkout we were able to leave our luggage with them until our cruise was ready to check in late afternoon. Room was clean and quiet. We appreciated the double glazing for noise reduction after staying at a hotel nearby that didn't have it. Great view of the park.
