Excellent rooms. Very comfortable and relaxing. Right opposite Top Ryde Hotel. The front desk staff was not very friendly upon check-in. He did not smile or say very much. Upon checkout early the next morning he was too busy to say anything as I handed him the room key. This may be due to him talking on his mobile phone as I departed. Apart from that, a wonderful stay.
Great location and well maintained rooms and services are great . Room is good for short stay with everything needed (and good quality) but as a business traveler, it's a bit small to set up a work station . Staff are always helpful and have genuine smiles 😁 I didn't use the community kitchen as there's is plenty of choices for dining out but it looked good!
Welcoming reception. Rooms are spotless, well fitted with all essentials, multiple times housecleaning goes around, approachable staff, friendly and safe atmosphere. Parking secure and allocated. Signing is small and confusing, but eventually nil issues. Location great,
My husband and I stayed here over New Year's for our 20th wedding anniversary and we were really happy with our stay and the location. The residence is right in front of a huge shopping centre which had everything you need and also great restaurants. Easy access to public transport and it's only a 20 minute drive to the city. The rooms weren't large but big enough for the 2 of us for a weeks stay. The beds were really comfy, the shower pressure was amazing and the staff were all so welcoming and accommodating. Downsides, the shower is tiny and you can hear the neighbours banging on the walls as the walls seemed quite thin My few suggestions would be larger bedside tables as they are way too small and more comfortable balcony chairs. You can also hear others dragging their chairs around on the balconies so leg cushions to quiten the noise would work really well. The balcony view of the city was fantastic. We watched the cities New Year's fireworks and also had a perfectly close view of the Rydes fireworks which were so close and amazing. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip and a huge thankyou to all the cleaning staff on keeping the place super clean and the reception staff especially the young Italian guy (after all of our great conversations we did not get your name but you have our number if your ever in Perth reach out to us) that made our stay such a pleasant one.
