The location is good, and the view of the golf course is very nice, The room was updated and clean. There is a Thai restaurant next door and I had a great meal. The onsite manager was rude and not very helpful, the road noise is shocking and has no break even in the early hours so don't expect much sleep. The "free continental breakfast" included doesn't start until 7:30am so completely pointless for working travellers. The location was great for a meeting in the city the next day, but would look for an alternative next time.

I stay here regularly for business travel, and for me at least it has been consistently great. It's an older building, but refurbished and in good condition. It's reasonably priced, the staff are friendly and helpful. I travel to the area regularly and it's very rare I stay anywhere else as it's MUCH better than similarly priced stays in the area.
We stayed at select inn West Ryde to be close to family for a visit. Our room had lovely views of the golf course. While the building looks like a basic motel, the amenities were well maintained, quality and spotless. Clean bathroom, comfy bed, fluffy towels and crisp sheets. Daily housekeeping too which was a nice touch. We were both pleasantly surprised at how much love, care and attention to detail could be seen and would stay again without hesitation. The only negative would be the traffic noise, but there’s not much that can be done about that. If you’re sensitive to that, maybe bring ear plugs.
We had a lovely stay, the room was very clean and tidy it was lovely to see that they have renovated the room and bathroom. The continental breakfast was nice it was a great way to start your day and if you book direct through them it is free. It was also nice to watch the people playing golf. We had a little problem with the TV channels, but they came straight away and fixed the issue. It was also a great price and to also receive breakfast was a big bonus it was very affordable to stay there.
