We had lunch today in the Hotel's open air eating area. So lovely. Outstanding views of the harbour and distant cityscape. The staff here are amazing. I ordered the pumpkin salad. Well it was a wonderful dish. The Chef even gave me his special balsamic dressing. Yum! Coffee was terrific and Taffy ensured my almond milk one was perfect for me. The staff are a credit to the restaurant. So friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting here.
We took our Mum for a few days stay at Watsons Bay Hotel for her 90th Birthday. What a wonderful experience. The staff Dylan, Zara, & Nesa were excellent in all ways, they excelled in customer service. All the other staff were excellent too, especially the guy who served us on Wednesday Night in the restaurant, didn’t get names. I would highly recommend the Watsons Bay Hotel to stay, eat & drink. Thankyou All So Very Very Much For This Wonderful Stay For My Mum. Caroline, Michelle & Margaret 👏🎂🍾
I love staying at this Hotel. It’s very relaxed, the rooms are spacious, well appointed & beautifully decorated overlooking Sydney Harbour. Dylan the Front Office Manager is delightful as is Van from Food & Beverage. The whole place is very chilled out. It’s the complete opposite of old style stuffy chain Hotels. You step off the ferry and feel like you’re truly on holiday. Breakfast is good too - simple, fresh and complimentary with the room. ( Continental with barista coffee) They do great cocktails at a reasonable price, good wine list & food offering.
Always a favoured stop of our in Sydney. We have been here many times and always enjoyed it. This time we brought a wheelchair that had lost a part in the way here. Told the bar staff and next thing Alex the maintenance guy was called and it was quickly fixed.. the food and beer was great also. Nice to know the help was easily available… thanks team
We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday dinner at Watsons Bay Hotel on 28th February and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly accommodating, warm and genuinely attentive. Nothing felt like too much trouble and everything ran so smoothly on the night. A special thank you to Jamie (MOD), the barmen at the Upper Deck bar, the wait staff, and Luke for going that extra mile to make the evening feel special. The food was faultless. Every dish came out swiftly and was absolutely delicious. The Upper Deck had the perfect atmosphere. Relaxed and chilled, yet still vibrant enough to feel like a celebration. It was ideal for conversation while soaking up the beautiful setting. We also loved the new renovation. It looks fantastic and really elevates the whole experience. Exceptional hospitality and service all around. We all had such a great time and will definitely be back.
