Excellent, I would highly recommend this practice. I’ve had Bowen Therapy at several places over the years and I can honestly say that the therapy I’ve received at Discover Wellness is the best I have experienced. I was experiencing foot pain which is why I went, and Adeline helped me with this over several treatments. At the time I also was suffering from an external hemorrhoid although I didn’t mention this to Adeline as I had no idea that this too could be treated with Bowen therapy. After about 3 treatments the hemorrhoid was healed and I’ve had no recurrence of symptoms. I then told Adeline about it, and she was able to explain how the therapy works even for this. Bowen (at Discover Wellness) is now my go to therapy for any physical issues I have.
Trying Bowen Therapy was a bit of an 'unknown' and i wasn't sure what to expect.My experience with Adeline @ Discover Wellness has been a step in the right direction for me after trying many health practitioners. Her home 'office' is inviting and Adeline's calm and encouraging nature is great. She is knowledgeable and always happy to listen and suggest solutions for an overall approach 🙏
I hadn’t heard of Bowen Therapy until I met Adeline at a wellness expo in March. She was so informative in the healing powers of Bowen, so I decided to give it a try. After only a few months seeing Adeline, my back pain has improved immensely and so has a few other of my health problems. Adeline is an amazing person, very caring with helpful advice. She explains how your body responds to every healing touch and the effects of each session works well into the weeks ahead. I highly recommend Bowen by Adeline to anyone experiencing health issues especially with pain.

If you are looking for someone who truly cares and has the gift of healing hands, I cannot recommend Adeline highly enough. She is simply wonderful.
