Great Italian restaurant with delicious pizzas and pastas. The food was really tasty, and the restaurant has a beautiful Italian atmosphere with lovely decoration that makes the whole experience even better. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Had a great experience here and would definitely come back.
Unfortunately not a good experience. Food that was available was not too bad but the problem was the menu online including at ubereats and doordash is not what is available at all. Husband wanted spaghetti Bolognese and I wanted a good chicken and veges Italian style meal. This place according to the menu fit the bill. However when we got there it turned out there was no secondi type meals at all. No steak, no chicken meals. So I thought I'd get the carbonara I'd seen online but it turns out many of the pastas online were not available either. So I got a chicken and sundried tomato one. It was alright tho a lot more sundried tomato than chicken. But it tasted fine. My hubby went to order his Bolognese only to be told they don't have any!? How on earth does an Italian place not have Bolognese, (it was also only 6.30pm), I'd have thought Bolognese could easily be made to order. Anyway he got Pizza. The pizza was ok. The toppings were fine but the base was not quite the Italian style I was expecting. Adding to that unfortunately our waiter may have been new or something but he wasn't very good, had to be told to come and look after us. Wasn't sure what was available or not and generally rather unsure about how to do his job. While we were there a number of people came in to collect pizzas and they were doing deliveries so I'd say really they are best just for pizza and maybe pasta takeaways.
10/10! The bolognese here is next level ,seriously the best in Sydney. My wife and I wanted to check it out, and we were blown away. It makes complete sense why it’s always so busy and why they sell out of the bolognese so quickly. Incredible food, great local spot in Dundas Valley. Get in early so you don't miss out!
Ok, this is the first Italian place in the world that told me they had run out of bolognese sauce… they also didn’t have a couple of menu item that they had listed online. Basically they do pizza’s.. and random pastas. Don’t bother visiting to dine in. Pizza’s are fine.
