If it was a 3 Star hotel, I'd give it 5 Stars... But it's a 5 Star hotel; with 6 Star pricing! * We checked in online as the messages 'instructed' us to do, but then had to basically check in again on arrival, so should not have wasted our time. * The first thing we noticed when we arrived in our suite, was that the windows were filthy! So a great view, if you can focus past the dirty windows! * The room itself was beautiful, but there was no instruction as to how things worked... all controlled from a 'tablet' device that didn't quite work properly. I had to call reception to make the TV work beyond free-to-air! * I still don't know what facilities the hotel has (had as I've left now), as the only information is online. * We had breakfast in the hotel - but - wait - only one cup of coffee was included! Seriously! And on day two, my coffee was cold - stone cold. I sent it back. I had finished breakfast before the replace emtn arrived. * A vast breakfast selection, but no omelettes. That's not 5 Star. * The pool area is vast; but more of a 'kid's club' than a relaxing adult area. * The gym... OK... brilliant. Modern, clean and full-size. * Room cleaning... hopeless. We hd to call to ask why our room had not been cleaned by 3:00 in the afternoon. It took another hour before anyone showed up and did a cursory tidy-up. Evening turn-down service? Simply did not happen. * Final insult; late checkout request. Summarily refused. Didn't even ask how 'late' or suggest using hotel facilities post checkout. Just simply 'No; we're very busy".
I booked the top room here for my birthday stay and this place is absolutely beautiful. The minute I arrived at the front I was greeted by concierge and he opened my door and welcomed me to the hotel. Apple on front desk was lovely I asked if I can get a late checkout and she was absolutely happy to do so. The room was immaculate clean huge the views were amazing the bathroom was spectacular having a bath at night looking over the city was something I have never done before. The hidden shower and toilet behind the doors was a surprise and the heated toilet seat was something extra. At night I ordered in room dining I enjoyed a cheese and meat platter and a cocktail the service I got at night with my dinner was very professional he set up the table for me and not only that he was very friendly and welcoming. I also went to enjoy the breakfast the following morning it was a full buffet breakfast a lot to choose from what I chose was fresh and delicious. I didn’t use the spa or swimming pool a little too cold for me next time I would love To enjoy it though for sure This is one of my favourite luxury hotels and I will be back for my next stay
My daughter and I are checking out this morning after spending a night at Crown Towers Sydney, and it exceeded every expectation. We had booked a Premier Harbour Suite and were absolutely thrilled to be surprised with an upgrade to the Opera View Suite on arrival. What an incredible start to our stay! The suite was simply stunning, with two beautiful bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, and enormous bathtubs complete with built-in TVs. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in some of the best views Sydney has to offer. Every room had amazing views, but the lounge room was spectacular, with uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. With Vivid Sydney lighting up the harbour, the outlook was absolutely magical and something we'll never forget. The staff were impeccable from start to finish. Every interaction was warm, professional and genuine, and their attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. From the luxurious suite and breathtaking views to the exceptional service, this was a truly memorable experience. Thank you to everyone at Crown Towers Sydney for making our mother-daughter getaway so special. We can't wait to return.
