An absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish! The view from our room was breathtaking - waking up to such a stunning panorama was pure magic. The atmosphere throughout the hotel and restaurant was elegant, warm, and truly special. The food was beyond delicious - every dish was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional in every way. A very special thank you to *Daniel* (the manager), *Nan*, and * Yomiko* you were incredible! Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail made us feel so welcome and cared for. You are simply the best, and you will always have a special place in our hearts. We love you and can't wait to come back!
Checked in on Friday and everything went super smoothly. Staff is well trained and very knowledgable. Our room is clean, fun and well organised (extra star for the shark plushie hahahaha). Our welcome pack was filled with cute amenities and makes us feel very welcomed. Big shout out to Rina who checked us in who made our first impression to this hotel super positive. Friendly talks while making sure we make the most out of our stay. The little chocolate was amazing and hope you come to Brisbane/Gold Coast one day to enjoy our sunshine again :)
Great vibe and very good quality beds and linen, excellent bathroom finishes! The breakfast was well curated and the spread was great catering to various dietary restrictions. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We could not get the titanium member upgrade as hotel was fully booked as shared by the staff, however the stay was very comfortable in the double room. The location of the hotel is great and walking distance to George Street. We would definitely go back again.
I had a great stay at W Sydney. The service throughout the hotel was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Room service was also outstanding, with prompt delivery and great quality. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, making it a great way to start the day. The room itself was amazing, with a modern design, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful views. The facilities were equally impressive, especially the swimming pool and gym, both of which were well maintained and enjoyable to use. The location is another major highlight. It's incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the city's main attractions and shopping areas. The only downside was the bathroom's sliding door. It doesn't have a lock, which means there's very little privacy when sharing the room with someone else. It's a small design detail, but one that could make a noticeable difference to the overall experience. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend W Sydney for its excellent service, beautiful rooms, great facilities, and unbeatable location.
We stayed at the W hotel to celebrate a birthday, and the team at W went above and beyond to make it special. As a lovely surprise, there was a piece of cake waiting in our room when we arrived, such a thoughtful touch. The rooms were fabulous, modern, comfortable, and stylishly designed, making for a genuinely enjoyable stay. The facilities and amenities including the pool and spa were beautiful too. The location is excellent, an easy walk to the city centre and plenty of great restaurants nearby. We also loved strolling along the darling harbour foreshore right by the hotel. Highly recommend for anyone wanting comfort, style, and a great location, with a team that really pays attention to the little things
