Very clean facility with cold plunge, sauna, and a range of other recovery options. There are different sauna rooms to choose from, which is a nice touch. The staff are also very helpful and welcoming.
Make this make sense; Amazing facility! Went with the whole football team which the facility was able to accommodate all our needs such as compression boots, the cold plunge, community sauna and the massage guns! It’s clean, appealing to the eye & organised. Everything our team needed before our first game of the season! We will be back 😍
My husband and I visited the Martin Place venue. It was clean, inviting. Paris, the staff member on duty, took her time to walk us through the services, the equipment, and the areas to ensure our experience was as it was supposed to be... RELAXING! My body felt lighter and more energised after our sauna, cold plunge, and Normatec boots. I highly recommend Kimon and the Team at Martin Place RCVRI xx. I cannot wait to try the hyperbaric chamber therapy!
I have been a member at RCVRI for 3 months now, after starting the $40 trial (4 sessions) late last year. As someone who takes their fitness and sport seriously, I have always focused on recovery but often didn’t have the right equipment or resources at my disposal. RCVRI solves that issue with state of the art facilities, which feel incredible when you are inside. I use the ice bath and sauna 2x a week and when football season starts I will be using the normatecs as well. The facility in Martin place is extremely zen, private and clean - and feels like you are escaping the busy city to your own wellness centre / retreat. It does just as much for your mental health / recovery as physical in my view. The staff there are very kind and generous, led by Kimon Tellidis who is exceptional at his job. From his salesmanship in trying to get new customers to join, to his desire to keep the facility in good condition and keep the customer experience high, Kimon is really great to be around. On top of that, he has personally reached out to let me know if I have left something there accidentally, as well as help ask questions about the actual science behind recovery. Kimon is a genuinely great bloke and am sure all his customers would agree. My one reservation before joining was price, but RCVRI have quite competitive pricing, and in hindsight it is well worth it. Look forward to using it during footy season to see how much it benefits me.
Dropped in with no appointment and booked the 60 minute contrast session. Loved it! A few different options with a massive sauna and cold plunge or two seperate smaller ones. Sauna was up at 100 and the cold plunge was around 7. The whole place is immaculate and great service. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Sydney.
