Exceptional service!. We were unlucky that many of the items we tried to order weren’t available however they tried hard to offer other options and even a round of drinks as we had over paid. We left & then not long after I got a call to say we had forgotten something at the table and we were close enough to be able to come back and retrieve it. The staff were exceptional and tried hard to ensure we had a great evening, I cannot rate the service high enough.
I've been here a number of times for dinner. The food always surpasses my expectations and is great value for money, but it's the service that is next level. Every time I have a request, the staff listen to my questions and then do their utmost to make it happen. They never look at you blankly and say, "Sorry, we can't do that". I love this place!
Great food, cold beer, friendly staff. Jem you are a real gem, great service and you go above and beyond what anyone would expect. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and I look forward to coming back the next time I am in Freshwater. BTW the fish and chips plates are a real treat.
First time here, fantastic service staff so amazingly friendly and normal - lady told me to wait 8 minutes to get the happy hour. Where else does that happen? Keep up the good work, my overseas visitors loved the beach ambiance.
