A fantastic Italian restaurant right in the heart of the city. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the house made pasta perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and clearly crafted with great care and attention to detail. The service was equally impressive. Despite being in a busy city location, the staff were friendly, attentive, and prompt throughout the entire dining experience. Food arrived quickly without feeling rushed, and the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The combination of authentic Italian flavours, fresh ingredients, and efficient service makes this restaurant a standout. Whether you’re after a casual lunch or a special dinner, this is a place well worth visiting. I’ll definitely be returning for another bowl of their incredible pasta.
We had a great time celebrating my sister’s birthday! The food and drinks were delicious and the vibe was nice as well. Especially loved the focaccia with whipped truffle parmesan, beef tartare and lamb shoulders (so tender and flavourful)!! 😮💨 The tiramisu was a bit soggy but still tasted ok. Overall a lovely experience, thank you to Hannah and the team at Grana! We will be back 🍽️🫶🏼
Grana was hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever visited, went with my family and did not regret! No dish there was spared from the skill of the chef, who made every order delectable beyond belief. The waiters and waitresses there were super responsive and hospitable, especially Lisa, who catered to our every need beyond the call of duty and treated us to a couple of desserts when we came back the second time. She shared her favourite dishes with us and guided us in choosing the right food, service was top notch from her. Overall, one of the best establishments ever, will definitely go back
Great find! The food was fresh and delicious—everything tasted high-quality. It was a little on the oily and salty side for some, but honestly, it was still very enjoyable. The ambiance is fantastic; it’s cozy, dimly lit, and has a lovely romantic vibe. The service really stood out too, as the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming with genuine smiles. Pro-tip: The restaurant gets very busy. We arrived early to secure a table, but I highly recommend making a reservation if you want to be sure of a spot! Prices were fair and reasonable for the experience.
Lovely restaurant with warm lights and an open dining room. The menu has everything from pasta, seafood, meat and some vegetarian dishes. All pasta is made freshly onsite. I opted for a house cocktail which was nice. We also had the Burrata which was my favourite dish. I wouldn't order the foccacia again- should have gone with the house bread. The spaghetti with muscles was tasty - loved the smoked tomatoes. The Barrumundi was nice too. Service is friendly and efficient. A good dining option at Circular Quay.
