Had a wonderful experience at Uliveto Sydney! The new truffle menu was absolutely delicious—rich, fragrant, and full of flavour without being overwhelming. Every dish was beautifully presented, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere that’s perfect for a casual lunch, date night, or dinner with friends. If you’re a truffle lover or simply enjoy authentic Italian food, I highly recommend giving their new menu a try. I’ll definitely be back! 🍝🍄🇮🇹
A fantastic Italian restaurant! The Cured Salmon with Fennel and Rocket was silky smooth with a wonderful black truffle aroma. The Short Beef Ribs were huge, tender, juicy, and great value. We also loved the Hawaiian Pizza with its delicious ham and melted cheese. Friendly, attentive service and a great dining experience. Highly recommend!
Had such a lovely experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for both a casual catch-up and a nice dinner out. Everything we ordered was delicious, but the standout for me was definitely the Spaghetti Bolognese. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the meat was incredibly tender, and it was such a comforting, flavourful dish. We also really enjoyed the Halloumi Fries, Vegetarian Pizza, and finished the meal with the Apple Crumble with Gelato, which was the perfect sweet ending. The service was friendly and attentive throughout, and the food came out promptly. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm craving Italian. Highly recommend if you're in Darling Square!
Found Uliveto through their new winter menu and loved it! The Braised Lamb Shank was melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly cooked with no gamey flavor, and the Saffron Mash + rich gravy combo is perfect for Sydney's winter. The pizza was also amazing—generous toppings and a super authentic wood-fired crust. Will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. I came back today to try their winter menu, and the Braised Lamb Shank was absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was excellent as always, with friendly and attentive staff who made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great Italian food. I’ll definitely be back!
