Wonderful chiropractic care clinic and team! Very friendly and staff always welcoming, the clinic is a really positive space to enter. Christie is extremely professional, wholistic and knowledgeable in her care plan and treatment of my various back and hip ailments. She is also well experienced in a variety of treatment modalities eg shock wave therapy, kinesiology, NET, supplements so has numerous tools to draw on to help a variety of issues beyond ‘a sore hip’ . I highly recommend the Beyond Self team to anyone wanting comprehensive and wholistic chiropractic health care.
Dr Izzy is capable and kind Chiro. We worked on sinus drainage and felt like I could breathe again! Also very good and comfortable neck and rib adjustments. Highly recommend
Dr Izzy did a wellness check for me today. I had lower back sacroiliac pain and she was very thorough with her adjustment and explanation of how my body will heal. Then she gave me exercises after to get better - I promise I will do them every day!
