We celebrated my 50th birthday at The Pontoon Bar with 60 guests, and it was absolutely perfect. Robert and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The food was plentiful and delicious, and all of our guests had nothing but great things to say. The atmosphere was incredible — easily one of the best backdrops you could ask for — and the music was spot on from 7pm right through to 2am. We truly had an amazing night from start to finish. Great location with a solid menu and reasonable prices, though the food itself was fairly average. Staff were great.
Jack was extremely helpful his customer service is something I value as I’m a FOH manager for a restaurant on the central coast, he is so polite and he is an asset to this business. Stunning views
The Staff did a good job managing the patrons. It was a great night out with friends and being our first night out in Sydney. We felt safe enough to enjoy the night. Thanks for a great night. Will definitely be back next visit. 🥳
