The Ark, floating sauna in Sydney Harbour is something truly special. From the moment we were picked up by the very friendly Paul, everything ran perfectly on time, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A quick stop to take photos with the bridge and opera house in the background was an added bonus. The Ark itself is amazing, made from recycled and sustainable materials which show A just how much these guys have invested in doing their bit to help the planet. Sitting in the warmth of the sauna while looking out over the harbour is unforgettable. And the best part? Being able to jump straight into the water to cool off — it’s refreshing, exhilarating, and just so much fun. The staff were amazing — super friendly, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. You can tell their heart and souls have gone into creating a unique experience. I love that they are trying to reintroduce turtles in Sydney harbour by planting Mangroves. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for something unique and relaxing in Sydney!
Absolutely amazing sauna experience on Sydney Harbour. The views are stunning and make it incredibly relaxing and unique. I also loved that their mission is helping the planet. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and recharged. Highly recommend!
We were lucky enough to spend time at Wellness Afloat during our Christmas holiday in Sydney, and it was truly unforgettable. My husband and our 7-year-old son absolutely loved the kayaking experience, while I soaked up the tranquility of the sauna followed by the cold water plunge. Being able to relax and reconnect in such different ways made the experience even more special for our family. All of this was made even more incredible by the breathtaking views of the Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. A truly unique and memorable experience.
A truely unique experience. The most amazing location and views, divine sauna and cold sea water dip. A special celebration with my daughters’, one I’ll treasure forever. Paul and Captain Marty’s care and service were top class. Love that their profits will foster the growth of mangroves and eventually the return of turtles and dolphins. Will have to make this a regular experience whenever I visit Sydney. Thank you so much.
