We had a wonderful lunch at Shangri-La ( Altitude) to celebrate both our birthday and anniversary, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. A special thank you to Jane, who made our celebration extra special with her exceptional service. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her food recommendations were spot on, and every choice she suggested was absolutely delicious. She took the time to explain the different options and helped us choose dishes that suited our preferences perfectly. On top of the amazing food and service, we were also seated with a beautiful view, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. The combination of delicious cuisine, stunning surroundings, and Jane’s outstanding hospitality made our special occasion one to remember. Thank you, Jane, and the Shangri-La team, for making our birthday and anniversary celebration so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere.

Our company, Spheretech, celebrated out 10th year anniversary in the private dining room and all our staff enjoyed everything the views, food, drinks and most importantly the service provided by Altitude staff especially our host, Silver. She looked after us really well on the night from the beginning to the end of our dinner. Thank you and definitely coming back.
The food was absolutely great, everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail really stood out, making for a very enjoyable dining experience. What made our visit even more memorable was the excellent service provided by Ruffa. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. She checked on us regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and helped create a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere throughout our meal. Overall, a wonderful experience with delicious food and outstanding customer service. A big thank you to Ruffa for going above and beyond. One of the best places I’ve ever been to so far! ✨ Ruffa was our server that night, and she was absolutely amazing—super friendly and really took great care of us. All the staff were warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. My partner and I ordered a 2-course meal, and wow… the striploin was cooked to perfection! Every dish we had was exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. 💖 Definitely a night to remember!
