Lauren was our host and she was genuinely friendly and warm. I do not remember the names of our waitstaff but everyone was exactly the right amount of interested and invested without being interruptive or obsequious. They treated everyone in the room equally well, whether they were dressed up and looking glam or arriving in tracks. We enjoyed the evening immensely.
A standout experience at Pullman Baccus We had an incredible experience at Pullman Baccus tonight. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Lauren looked after us and she was absolutely outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our night special. The food was sensational. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, the kind of meal you keep talking about long after you’ve left. The atmosphere was relaxed but polished, making it the perfect place for a great night out.
