Absolutely amazing hot pot experience! The soup base was rich and flavorful, the ingredients were very fresh, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. The restaurant was also clean and well organized, with a great atmosphere for family and friends. Definitely one of the best hot pot restaurants I’ve been to in Sydney. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again!
Food was incredible, we had to waitlist due to high demand which was reasonable since we came in on a public holiday, even then it was fast. When we ordered the food was out within 10 minutes, the workers are kind and genuine and let us know about any surcharges due to ordering and timing. The scenery was beautiful, the music wasn’t too loud to the point it was overbearing but it covered chatter and made it very calm and easy to enjoy our food without overstimulation. I’m definitely coming again.
I was really surprised when I walked in — the place was beautifully decorated and gave off the atmosphere of a high-end restaurant. It felt so grand and impressive. I had heard about this place before, but it was my first visit. I wasn’t too familiar with how to properly enjoy hotpot, but the staff were very attentive and guided us through everything. I was especially touched when they noticed we were struggling with the spiciness and kindly added more broth for us without us even asking. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciated it. I’ll definitely be writing about this wonderful experience on my Korean blog as well. I’m very satisfied and will surely come back!
