Recently we had a wonderful afternoon out at a beautiful restaurant in Sydney! 🇦🇺 The venue itself was absolutely stunning, creating such a lovely atmosphere. ✨ The hosting was so lively and engaging, making everyone feel incredibly welcome. It truly enhanced the entire dining experience. I felt so relaxed and happy throughout the lunch. Highly recommend checking out this spot if you're in the area! Was my first stop for my first meal in australia. Nick's definitely does not disappoint the food was absolutely amazing. Service was five star. The whole experience was absolutely amazing, right there on the water. I highly recommend it. I had to seafood risotto absolutely amazing.Very fresh. Their red snapper lobster pot pie was amazing. Highly recommend both dishes. I'm from Texas. And let's just say the food was amazing, very tasty.And the price was just right.
Dining Experience @ Nick's Seafood Restaurant. . Ambience offers sweeping views of Darling Harbour. Sitting either in the indoor or outdoor area, lit by natural sunlight, the comfortable furnishings lull diners into lingering meals, while the waterfront breeze and hum of foot traffic buzzes around. The open yet relaxed atmosphere here is fantastic. . Service has been consistently dependable. Staff manage the crowds with efficiency and professionalism, warmly greeting new or returning customers. They demonstrate attentiveness to each diner, good product knowledge, and proactively offer to clear finished plates, cleaning up quickly after diners leave. I like that they check on the experience without being obtrusive, and introduce each dish as it's served. . Food is Modern Australian cuisine, focused on fresh well‑sourced seafood. Dishes are a showcase of the primary ingredient, kept simple and light to highlight freshness. The quality and consistency of taste and handling was evident across our repeat visits. Portions are medium to large for individuals. Several dishes are available in both entrée and main course sizes. Prices are naturally premium for fine dining quality, budget about AUD $130 / SGD $118 per person.
As we were a Large Group we wanted a venue that was able ring in the New Years hassle free. The menu had a little bit of something for everyone including a free flow package. We opted for a later booking so that we wouldn’t be sitting around for hours waiting for the FireWorks Display It began very slow it took a good 20min before Lauren came to take drinks & food order. From that point everything just flowed nicely. Some hits & misses on the meal but overall a good night.
Great location, service, vibes. Had:- - grilled snapper which was delicious - prawns which was slightly small on serving size - chips good - cappuccino, nice if not bit milky - mountain crunch ok but not as good as it sounds - ice cream the best part. Macaroon bit stale and desert wasn’t rich and just sitting on a digestive biscuit Slightly more on the expensive side but ticket the high end dining box and worth it!
